Shake all these haters off. Clearly you are putting the toppings together before actually making sandwich otherwise we could not see the makings. Would suggest before and after pics on pre made vs post made sandy
Brine the chicken in pickle juice and a very hot vinegar based sauce. Add hot dryand wet ingredients to your buttermilk and to your breadcrumbs. Most importantly after you fry the chicken, immediately toss it in some crazy hot pepper powder (flakes won’t stick as well it has to be powdery) and you’re in for a great meal
